Our business at IGWT is providing professional management services on construction programs and projects worldwide. We function as construction manager (as the owner’s agent), construction manageer at rist, as facilities manager and as general contractor. We manage design consultants and construction contractors on the owner’s behalf.
IGWT Construction, Inc. has long been a provider of a broad range of construction services to an evn broader clientele. IGWT is among the nation’s most-experienced African American – owned construction companies. Our President, Robert L. Tyler, has been recognized by serverla national publication including Engineering News Record (ENR) and was featured on the cover of Black Enterprise Magazine. Our general constrction eexperience is complimented by a vast amount of construction management and design/build experienc. We have functionsed as CM as athe owner’s agent, CM at risk, program manager, general contractor, and construction inspectors.
IGWT’s principal has been at the forefront of the construction industry for decades, serving on several major construction and program management projects thoughout the nation, ncluding Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Orlando, FL in the 1996 Olympic Equestrian Venue in Atlanta, GA and major expansions to international airports, including New Orleans International Airport, Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
In the private sector, we have met the needs of businesses cutting costs and improving efficiency. We have rescued troubled projects and completed them ot become money making ventures.
